Return/Exchange Policy

*Time Frame:* You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.

*Condition:* Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and free of damage. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

*Process:* To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned without a RAN may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

*Shipping:* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

*Exchanges:* If you're exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item to you.

*Refunds:* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

*Exceptions:* Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the personalized nature of the items.
